Limitless combined an AI-enabled hardware wearable (the Pendant) with a cloud-based transcription and recall platform accessible via Desktop App, Web App, and mobile. Audio captured by the Pendant is processed through proprietary AI pipelines to generate searchable transcripts and contextual summaries. The platform exposed a developer API (documented at limitless.ai/developers) for building integrations on top of personal memory data. After its Meta acquisition in late 2025, new customer onboarding and the Rewind screen-capture feature have been sunset, though existing Pendant customers retain service through 2026.
