The platform exposes a REST API that allows engineering teams to embed screening chat workflows, retrieve conversation transcripts, and push candidate disposition updates into existing HR tech stacks. Under the hood, Humanly leverages large language models (including OpenAI's GPT models) to power natural-language screening dialogs, sentiment analysis, and candidate scoring.
