It supports OCR for scanned images and text (Team plan and above), enabling processing of non-native PDFs. The platform offers a JavaScript embed widget for integrating its document Q&A into any webpage, an API for programmatic access, and enterprise security features including 256-bit SHA encryption at rest, role-based access control (RBAC), and SSO via Okta, Google, or SAML. Billing and invoicing are managed through Stripe.
